How to troubleshoot syncing issues with Shopify

To begin troubleshooting, here are a few steps you can take to help identify where the problem might be:

1. Check if the product/data is in Stock2Shop

  • If the product is new and not syncing, please confirm that it exists in Stock2Shop.
  • If you're experiencing issues with a specific field not updating, verify that the data is correct within Stock2Shop.

2. Review recent sync activity


3. Check for errors in the logs

  • You can view logs for any errors coming from your source system here: [View Logs]

4. Confirm channel rules and product filters

  • Make sure the channel rules under the Product Filter tab in your Channel Settings allow the product to sync: [Channel Settings]

If you're still unable to determine the cause after these checks, please send over a few SKU codes and what you expect the outcome to be. This will help us investigate further.
